Salon Policies

  • We understand life happens. We ask that if you need to cancel your appointment, that you do so within 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in a 50% rescheduling fee. Once this fee is paid, we may then proceed to booking a new appointment. No shows will be required to pay 100% of the original service cost in order to book a new appointment. Its is to the discretion of each independent stylist to enforce this policy and reserves the right to require a card of file, secured through our booking app. Furthermore the stylist may ask for a non-refundable deposit in order to proceed with a booking.

  • Late arrivals may be subject to cancellation. In addition, your service provider may require a fee in order to rebook the appointment. 

  • For both safety purposes and courtesy of other guests, we respectfully request that you do not bring your child to your appointment. We are happy to see your kiddo at their visit.
